Corporate culture

Our company’s corporate culture is characterized by an open and trustful cooperation. This means for example that we are practicing a “policy of open doors”: Everyone is always free to turn to every partner, assistant or colleague with any questions or concerns which need to be clarified. Beside that it is our opinion that teamwork and having fun in the daily work are very important.

The work environment is performance-orientated, though characterized by respect and collegiality. It is of great importance to us that our EDP environment always is on the latest technical level.


All employees are regularly attending external trainings by Deutscher Steuerberaterverband and other institutes in Hamburg and proximity. Of course, we take into consideration personal professional affinities and specializations. Moreover, we use to have regular internal trainings, too.

A comprehensive library and various professional journals and electronic database assist our employees with regard to time and money, as well.

Your profile

You are well-trained, efficiency- and success-oriented and convinced of your skills and power of results-oriented implementation.

You attach importance to teamwork and basic attitudes like frankness and confidence, estimation and respect. Education is important to you, and you are not afraid of challenging tasks.
